To get you a price, it’s as simple as providing us with some basic information.
- Length, Width, Height, and Weight
- A description of the cargo.
- Post code for collection, and post code for delivery.
- How urgent is the freight? We can offer everything from Next Flight urgent shipping, to coastal sea freight, it all depends on you!
Once you’re ready to go, we’ll need some more details. It’s best to do up a proper shipping instruction template, just so you don’t miss anything!

- Full cargo description (as above, Length x Width x Height and Weight)
- Mode of Transport
- Consignee/Customer Details (Company name, number, email, contact person.
Make sure the cargo is properly packaged for transport. If large items, pack on pallets and make sure they are secure. Most carriers move goods at owners risk, so make sure you clarify if insurance is included in your price!
